Return Of The Member (ROM) is a scoring system exclusive to Callahan's software that quickly shows you how much value you're delivering to members compared to your credit union peers.
The system uses NCUA 5300 data to measure value in three categories: savings, lending, and product usage.
These scores are combined to give you a holistic view of where you can better serve members. As your score is updated each quarter, you can track whether you're becoming more or less effective at delivering value to members.
