Mike Beall, Esq., CUDE, is Chief Experience Officer and Board Chair at CU Strategic Planning. He’s recognized as an international credit union leader, advocate, and innovator, leading legislative outreach efforts to support CDFI Fund appropriations. Mike has served as President and CEO of the National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA) and its CLUSA International overseas development arm, as well as President/CEO of the Missouri Credit Union Association.

John McKechnie serves as Senior Partner for Total Spectrum, representing credit union and financial services providers on Capitol Hill. He spent five years as a Presidential appointee at the NCUA, where he served three Chairmen in the capacity of Director of Public and Congressional Affairs. Before that, he headed up CUNA’s federal legislative and political advocacy programs, and was a congressional staffer for a Member of the House Financial Services Committee.
