This session, presented by TRK Advisors and Elan Credit Card, will explore how credit unions are competing against dominant credit card issuers and what to expect in 2023. By understanding growth, risk, and other critical performance trends we will identify areas where credit unions have found ways to compete effectively with the dominant bank issuers. We then discuss what a credit union needs to do to succeed in this highly competitive field, as well as identify the reasons three out of four credit union credit card programs still underperform. We’ll explore successful strategies and upcoming challenges facing the industry. Make no mistake, 2023 brings a set of challenges the credit union issuing community has not had to confront in over a decade. Prepare your credit union and members by joining this session.

Attendees will learn:

  • The latest market size, risk, and revenue trends.
  • Performance differentiators across various program sizes.
