Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union launched their L.E.A.D. academy in January 2020. After a pandemic hiatus, the emerging leaders' program has resumed and expanded. It allows employees to shadow departments to understand how each area contributes to the cooperative’s growth and success today, thereby paving the way for continued success tomorrow.
