Alan is a cannabis banking attorney with Gleam Law that specializes in developing cannabis banking programs for financial institutions and advises on related financial services. Alan has the unique experience of developing and managing one of the first, and most successful, cannabis banking programs in the nation. With this practical knowledge he is able to help clients not only develop compliant cannabis banking programs but also gain a strong understanding of the industry to ensure a smooth regulatory exam.

Pat Duncan transitioned into the compliance department of Community First Credit Union after managing the credit union’s flagship branch for over 16 years.
