Callahan's Annual NII Study
Callahan’s Annual Non-Interest Income (NII) Study is the industry’s only comprehensive, participant‑reported analysis of NII performance nationwide. It is designed to give your credit union the clarity, granularity, and benchmarking confidence not available through traditional reporting.
By participating, your credit union gains insight into how high‑performing institutions structure successful NII strategies, helping leaders align decisions with both organizational goals and member needs.
But to deliver these insights, we need your credit union’s participation.
How It Works
Submit your data by February 28th to receive the full annual report, including findings, benchmarks, and strategic implications designed to support planning in a changing rate environment.
You can participate in one of two ways:
- Submit With Help From A Callahan Expert. Complete the form to the right to learn more about the study and receive hands‑on support from a Callahan expert.
- Submit On Your Own. Download the Excel form (you may need to approve the download). Instructions are on the first tab. Once complete, email the file to [email protected].
Report Delivery
For those participating in the annual survey, you can expect to receive the detailed report in March 2026.
