Designed for leaders responsible for overseeing collections strategy, this virtual roundtable brings together a capped group of peers for open, experience-driven discussion.Participants gain dedicated time to step away from the day-to-day to explore what’s working today and how fellow leaders are adapting their collections approaches to address shared challenges. You’ll walk away with relevant ideas and perspectives to bring back to your organization immediately.
What's On the Agenda?
The agenda is driven by participants to ensure the conversation stays grounded in what collections leaders are dealing with today. Topics participants have raised include:
- Responding to rising delinquency: How are teams adjusting early- and late-stage collections strategies as delinquency and charge-offs normalize at higher levels?
- Preserving member relationships: What approaches are proving effective in balancing empathy, accountability, and long-term member value?
- Early intervention and segmentation: How are leaders using data to identify risk sooner and prioritize outreach efforts?
- Compliance and regulatory expectations: How are collections teams managing documentation, consistency, and fair treatment while evolving their processes?
- Staffing, training, and performance management: How are teams structuring roles, incentives, and coaching to support sustainable results?
- Technology, automation, and AI: Which tools are delivering measurable impact today, and where are teams encountering adoption or integration challenges?
If there is a specific challenge, question, or situation you would like to bring to the group, you are encouraged to share it in advance so it can be incorporated into the discussion.
