Designed for leaders responsible for shaping the credit union’s financial strategy, this virtual roundtable brings together a capped group of peers for open, experience‑driven discussion.
Participants gain dedicated time to step away from the day‑to‑day to explore what’s working today and how fellow leaders are adapting their strategies to address shared challenges. You’ll walk away with relevant ideas and perspectives to bring back to your organization immediately.
What's On the Agenda?
The agenda is driven by participants to ensure the conversation stays grounded in what finance leaders are dealing with today. Topics participants have raised include:
- Growth in a constrained environment: How are credit unions approaching growth across multiple lenses, including organic versus inorganic strategies, generational shifts from Gen Z to Boomers, and the effectiveness of new products in today’s market?
- Evaluating margin and fee income: How are CFOs rethinking revenue models after fee income changes, and where are they finding sustainable ways to support growth while maintaining member value?
- Balance sheet strategy amid rate uncertainty: How are leaders positioning their balance sheets to manage interest rate shifts, protect liquidity, and remain flexible as conditions continue to change?
- Financial context to support critical decisions: How are finance leaders supporting CEOs and boards by framing tradeoffs and helping guide decisions that balance financial strength with member impact?
- Driving efficiency and lowering costs: Where are teams using automation and AI to improve efficiency and rethink how work gets done across the organization?
- Digital footprint and investment decisions: How are CFOs evaluating digital investments, technology spend, and long-term returns while balancing growth priorities and financial stability?
If there is a specific financial challenge, question, or scenario you would like to bring to the group, you are encouraged to share it in advance so it can be incorporated into the discussion.
Who Should Attend?
This roundtable is intended for credit union executives responsible for financial strategy and oversight. Titles may include chief financial officer, senior vice president of finance, or other senior leaders overseeing accounting, financial planning, and performance management.
While we are focused on executive-level participation, we recognize that finance teams and responsibilities are structured differently across organizations. If you are unsure whether this roundtable is the right fit, or who from your credit union should attend, please reach out. We’re happy to help identify the most appropriate participant.
To keep the discussion focused and productive, participation is limited to no more than two attendees per credit union.
