Callahan's Virtual Roundtable:
Measuring The ROI Of Branching Decisions
Thursday, April 2 | 2:00 PM ET
Branching decisions represent some of the most visible and long-term investments a credit union makes. As member behavior, market dynamics, and cost structures continue to shift, leaders are being asked to clearly articulate how branch investments support growth, access, and overall strategy. Understanding and measuring ROI has become central to making confident, defensible decisions.

This virtual roundtable is designed as a moment-in-time conversation for credit union executives to step back and examine how branching ROI is being evaluated today. In a small, peer-driven setting, participants will engage in candid discussion about what metrics matter, how success is defined, and how branch performance informs broader strategic decisions.

What's On the Agenda?

The agenda is driven by participants and focused on the strategic questions leaders are asking right now. Topics include:

  • Defining branching ROI: How are credit unions determining what success looks like for branches beyond traditional financial metrics?
  • Evaluating branch performance: How are leaders assessing existing branches and identifying opportunities to improve impact or reconsider investment?
  • New branch and expansion decisions: How are organizations building the business case for new locations or market entry in today’s environment?
  • Connecting branches to enterprise strategy: How are branch investments being aligned with growth goals, member access, and long-term positioning?
  • Communicating ROI to stakeholders: How are executives framing branch performance and investment outcomes for boards and leadership teams?

If there is a specific question, scenario, or decision you are currently working through, you are encouraged to share it in advance so it can be incorporated into the discussion.
