Callahan's Virtual Roundtable:
Technology
Thursday, October 23 | 2:00 PM ET

Looking to collaborate with peers in a meaningful way while still managing a busy schedule?

The Callahan team invites you to join us and a select group of your peers for uninterrupted collaboration time and the chance to build a meaningful network.

As a leader, we know schedules get busy and adding travel to your calendar isn’t always feasible – that’s why we bring the networking to you. These virtual events last 60 to 90 minutes, and we ask attendees to be ready to engage and appear on camera so that all parties can get the most out of the experience.

What's On the Agenda?

This roundtable brings together credit union technology leaders to tackle what’s next in innovation, infrastructure, and strategy. With a small, focused group and peer-led discussion, you’ll gain fresh perspectives on the challenges and opportunities shaping tech teams today.

Here are just a few of the topics already submitted by attendees:

Emerging Technologies: Which technologies — like AI, machine learning, and automation—are most critical to your credit union’s future?
Cybersecurity and Risk Management: How are tech leaders staying ahead of cyber threats while maintaining compliance and protecting member data?
Collaboration and Integration: How do you foster cross-department collaboration and strong partnerships with vendors to support scalable, efficient solutions?
Workforce and Talent: How are you closing skill gaps, retaining top talent, and preparing your team for the evolving demands of modern IT?

You’ll help shape the agenda, ensuring conversations are relevant and impactful. Have a topic you want on the table? Let us know!

Who Should Attend?

This roundtable is designed for the senior-most technology executive at your credit union — whether your title includes CIO, CTO, or a related leadership role. If you're unsure who from your team should attend, we’re happy to talk through it with you.

To keep the dialogue engaging and actionable, we kindly ask that no more than two people attend from each credit union.
