Callahan's Virtual Roundtable:
Conversion Communications
Tuesday, June 24 | 2:00 PM ET
Have you recently done a core conversion? Currently in the process of communicating one with your members? Or have one on the horizon?

Join us for in-depth 90-minute discussion of best practices – and lessons learned – for communicating effectively with members and employees during large-scale technology conversions. From core system upgrades to member-facing applications, we’ll explore strategies to ensure smooth transitions, maintain trust, and keep all stakeholders informed. If you’ve been involved in a conversion, please join us to share your wins and fails; if you’re facing one in the future (and who isn’t?), come with questions to keep the conversation flowing!

What's On the Agenda?

Each event is segmented by department and attendance is capped, so you’re guaranteed to walk away with relevant information and ideas. You’ll have the opportunity to pose questions, receive feedback, and engage in open dialogue with fellow executives to share how your credit union is responding to the needs of members and employees. Here are topics already submitted:

  • Communicating Change: How do you effectively communicate core system upgrades to employees and members to minimize confusion and disruptions?
  • Ensuring Smooth Transitions: What best practices have you implemented to streamline internal and external communication during major technology upgrades? How do you coordinate messaging between IT, marketing, and frontline staff to maintain consistency?
  • Maintaining Trust and Transparency: How do you proactively address member concerns and potential service disruptions to maintain trust?
  • Keeping Stakeholders Informed: How do you ensure board members, executives, and frontline employees are aligned on messaging and expectations?

The agenda is completely controlled by attendees to encourage beneficial discussions around top-of-mind topics. Have something you’re dying to discuss? Let us know!

Who Should Attend?

This roundtable is intended for the senior-most executive that oversees relevant initiatives at your credit union. However, we know each institution is unique, so if you are unsure who should attend, let’s chat about it! Due to the popularity and limited space, we kindly ask that you register no more than one person from your credit union.

*Our roundtables are open to those with a subscription that contains roundtable access, and over 200m in assets.
