And just like defining your purpose, there is nothing more powerful than collaborating with your peers on common goals.

The Callahan team invites you to join us at our upcoming Purpose Virtual Roundtable to source inspiration and ideas from your peers, all while growing your professional network.

What can you expect from a Virtual Roundtable?

As a leader, we know schedules get busy and adding travel to your calendar isn’t always feasible – that’s why we bring the networking to you. These virtual events last 60 to 90 minutes, and we ask attendees to be ready to engage and appear on camera so all parties can get the most out of the experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to pose questions, receive feedback, and engage in open dialogue with your colleagues to share how your credit union is responding to members’ and employees’ needs.

The best part? Our hosts are there to simply facilitate the conversation – these events are all about you and your peers. Who Should Attend?

This roundtable is intended for leaders involved in defining their organization’s purpose action plan – this can cover a range of executive titles from CEO, Head of Strategy, Head of DEI, to Chief People and Culture Officers. We know each institution is unique, so if you are unsure who should attend, let’s chat about it!

Due to the popularity and limited space, we kindly ask that you register no more than two people from your credit union.

Please note that these events are exclusively for credit unions above $200M in assets and who have Callahan subscriptions that include Roundtable access. There is no registration fee to join us if you meet those criteria.
