| Callahan's CFO Roundtable

Callahan Roundtables are regarded as some of the best events in the credit union industry. We hope you can join in 2019.

We know there are a lot of events you can attend throughout the year. But our Roundtables are really like no other. If you register now to join your peers in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll join a network of 15-20 CFOs for a day and a half of collaboration, idea sharing, problem-solving, and networking … and you’ll leave the Roundtable with new contacts, actionable ideas, and strategies you can take back and implement at your credit union.

Like what you’re hearing? Use the form to the right to request your seat…or keep scrolling to learn more.

Callahan Roundtables are attendee-driven, and the “agenda” is 100% relevant to the attendees in the room, meaning each Callahan Roundtable is different. That’s why we can’t share an exact list of discussion topics, but we can share what we heard from CFOs across 2018 ...

Who Should Attend?

This Roundtable is for exclusively for credit unions who have purchased a subscription that includes access to our Roundtables and are greater than $200M in assets. There is no registration fee to join us if you meet that criteria.

This roundtable is intended for the senior-most finance executive (CFO or equivalent) at your credit union. But, we know each credit union is unique. Titles are different and due to varying roles and responsibilities it might make more sense for someone else to attend. If you are unsure who should attend from your credit union, contact us.

Due to the popularity of these events, we ask that you only register one person from your credit union. We are happy to add others to the waitlist and we will let you know a few months before the event if a seat is available.

If you have questions about your eligibility or our waitlist, please contact [email protected].

What Are CFOs Talking About?

  • How are interest rate changes and the competitive environment influencing your credit union’s loan and deposit pricing strategies?
  • What deposit growth strategies are you pursuing to help with liquidity management?
  • What sources of non-interest income are you developing?
  • How is your credit union attracting, retaining, and developing finance team talent?
  • Is your credit union putting resources towards data management, analytics, and visualization?
  • How are you organizing the risk management process at your credit union?
  • Exam experiences, merger strategies and lessons learned, delivery channels, budgeting process, derivatives, financial project management, CECL, and other topics relevant to you and your credit union.
