We started our Roundtable program in 2011 with two events for credit union CFOs. In the past seven years, we have grown to 17+ events covering 10 different verticals. Callahan Roundtables are still the best attendee-driven events within the industry!
With the continued growth and success of Callahan’s Roundtable Program, we have two goals in mind for each event:
To support these two goals, Callahan & Associates has implemented a new Roundtable attendance policy for 2018.
Registration
Each credit union with access to Roundtables will be able to register for up to four events up front during each calendar year. After four events are secured, there are a few options to attend:
Cancellation
We realize things come up – meetings, personal commitments, etc. that may prohibit you from attending the event you are registered for. In 2017, we saw an uptick of people registering early to reserve their seat and then canceling just weeks before. This is problematic since the seat may not be available for someone who is also interested and we may be unable to fill it, meaning the event might be less valuable to the attendees in the room.
There is no fee to cancel your Roundtable registration. However, if you cancel your attendance less than two months before the start of the event it will count towards your credit union’s four “free” allotted events. If you cancel more than two months prior to the event, we’ll put it back in your pool as this gives us enough time to fill your seat with others.
