HOTEL AND ROOM RESERVATIONS
The Roundtable events will take place at the Fairmont San Jose. We have a limited block of rooms available at a group rate of $249. This block is available on a first come, first serve basis. The rate will be available until all the rooms are booked, or until June 4, 2018. To make a reservation, please call the hotel directly at 408.998.1900 and mention Callahan & Associates.
The hotel is located 3 miles from Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. You can take a cab, rental car, or the airport shuttle which frequently stops between San Jose International Airport and the Metro Station Light Rail Stop (North 1st Street and Metro Drive). The best option is to take a cab from the airport. More information here.
